2 Corinthians 5:10 - For we must all stand before Christ to be judged. We will each receive whatever we deserve for the good or evil we have done in this earthly body.
Scripture declares on this morning that we all will give an account as to what we have done in these bodies when we stand before God. Be it good or evil, WE ALL WILL ANSWER! How will you answer? Is your labor good or evil? Honest or dishonest? Where do you stand as far as doing what is right in God's eyes verse doing what is right in your own eyes?
What is your soul worth? Man, woman, money, prestige, title, wealth, family, status in the world, friends, materials possessions? What is it? What value do you place on your soul?
Is our goal to please self or God? How will we answer when we stand before God? What reasons will we give for living our life the way we would have lived it? How will we answer?
If we think that we can live this life any kinda way we want to and die and go to heaven, we are sadly mistaken. Who we are when we die and leave this earth will be who we are in eternity. Saved or unsaved! How you choose to live your life here on earth will help you predetermine what your soul is worth to you.
Matthew 16:26 - And what do you benefit if you gain the whole world but lose your own soul? Is anything worth more than your soul?
What are your motives? Why do you do what you do and say what you say? Is it for personal gain?
The Bible clearly teaches there will be a day of accounting for every man, woman, boy and girl. Hebrews 9:27 declares "It is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment."
WE ALL WILL GIVE AN ACCOUNT FOR THE LIFE WE LIVE AND THE ACTIONS WE HAVE TAKEN IN LIFE! HOW WILL YOU ANSWER? Will you blame others or will you take responsibility? How will you answer?
We all will give an answer in how we have lived, be it good or evil. None of us will escape this appointment date! Death and eternity is two appointments we all will keep!
Ephesians 5:15-16 - Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise, 16 making the most of every opportunity, because the days are evil.
Galatians 6;10 - Therefore, as we have opportunity, let us do good to all people, especially to those who belong to the family of believers.
God bless and do tell the Lord thank you on this morning.
I love you all with the love of Christ!
