So people are without excuse.
All those who have willfully rejected Christ through unbelief will be horrified when they transition from earth to eternity. If you have been deceived in your mind by satan to reject God and accept the world and all it's pleasures as your God, you will be horrified in eternity.
Our life hear on earth is short and temporary. The Apostle James describes our lives as a vapor, a fog, a mist, a steam from a boiling pot that last but for a second and then it's gone. Even if we lived to be 100 years of age, what are those years in comparison to eternity?
