God alone is all wise. He is the source of all wisdom. His wisdom is above all. Isaiah 55:9-For just as the heavens are higher then the earth, so my ways are higher than your ways and my thoughts higher than your thoughts.
Divine wisdom and understanding requires knowing and fearing God who is our creator.

To prize something and to embrace someone are signs of intense desire and love. Wisdom must be valuable to us. We must be willing to sell all we have to purchase it for wisdom and understanding is a hidden treasure.
The hidden treasures of wisdom and understanding can only be found in the Word of God. That is why it is imperative that we study, meditate and obey God's Word. Psalm 19:7-The instructions of the LORD are perfect, reviving the soul. The decrees of the LORD are trustworthy, making wise the simple.
When we seek wisdom and understanding through the scriptures, we are seeking God's wisdom and not the world's wisdom.

Do not love the world and the things of this world. For if you love the world, the love of God is not in you.
