John 12:48 - He who rejects Me, and does not receive My words, has that which judges him. The word I have spoken will judge him on the last day.
When Jesus walked the earth many did not receive Him as the Messiah, including his own people. Instead of receiving Him, they sought to kill Him.
May today are still rejecting Christ and seeking to kill him through denial and rejection of Him and His Gospel. They have placed a "no vacancy" sign in the window of their heart.
Accepted or rejected Christ and His Word? Where do you stand on today concerning Jesus?
Jesus says "He/she that rejects Me and receives not My words has one that will judge him or her in the end. That judge will be the same Word of God spoken by Jesus that they have rejected.
This "judge", the Word of God that is written in God's bible will be man's final judge in the end.
The "Bible" is man's standard for life and living. It is the only standard of authority that is and forever given and acceptable to God.
2 Timothy 3:16-17 All Scripture is inspired by God and is profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, and for instruction in righteousness, 17 that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
The word "inspiration” means “God-breathed.” God breathed these words out into the minds of the men (prophets) that were blessed with inspiration by means of the Holy Spirit.
Those who belongs to God hears His words and those who do not belong to Him does not hear His words. Which describes you? Are you hearing from God or are you still rejecting every word He speaks to you?
I urge everyone of us on today to carefully consider these spoken words by Christ. I pray that we all will act upon them immediately.
Write these Words on our heart and do not depart from them. Jesus said "There is a judge for the one who rejects Me and does not receive My words: The word that I have spoken will judge him on the last day."
Hebrews 4:12-For the word of God is alive, and active, and sharper than any two-edged sword, piercing even to the division of soul and spirit, of joints and marrow, and able to judge the thoughts and intents of the heart.
When all else fails, the "Word Of God" will remain standing. Every dot of God's Word will be fulfilled. Matthew 24:35- Heaven and earth will pass away, but my words will never pass away.
Jesus was not a plan b, He has always been the original plan from God for the atonement of man's sins.
Jesus spoke with urgency these profound words and I speak these words to you also with urgency.
Jesus came to save us and not judge us. John 12:47-If anyone hears my words and does not keep them, I do not judge him; for I did not come to judge the world but to save the world.
Acceptance or rejection of Christ and His Gospel? Where are you at in your heart concerning this question on today?
Is it your desire to believe, receive and honor Christ?
The wrath of God isn’t a popular topic, but it’s clearly taught in scripture. Romans 5:9- Since, therefore, we have now been justified by his blood, much more shall we be saved by Him from the wrath of God. It is by the blood of Christ on the cross that we receive full justification and salvation from the wrath of God.
The only way to escape the wrath of God is by the grace of God. The heart of God is to call us into that grace by repentance and faith, for without faith it is impossible to please God.
Have you accepted or rejected Christ and His Word?
Argue the Word of God if you must, reject it if you will, however, God will have the last word.
