Isaiah 55:6-Seek the Lord while He may be found, call you upon Him while He is near.
Now is the time to seek the presence of the Lord for His will for our life.
God is more interested in our spending time in His presence than in our service on Sundays .
It is in the Lord’s presence where His work for us is made known and assigned to us.
It is time to set your mind and heart on the things of God. Everything else is temporary and soon to fade away, just as with our lives.
God is looking for those who are willing to seek Him. He want to save their souls. Psalm 14:2-The Lord looks down from heaven on the children of men, to see if there are any who understand, who seek God.
Our scripture text calls upon us to seek God while He may be found for there will come a time when His presence will not be found.
Proverbs 1:28- They shall call upon me, but I will not answer; they shall seek me early; but they shall not find me. Yes, there is a time when the Lord will not be near.
"Seek and Call upon the Lord" is the request from heaven to earth on today.
There is a special time when God's presence through His Holy Spirit attempts to convict, convince, influences and move the hearts of unbelievers. The question becomes “will you respond to the pull of your heart from God?”
Seek the Lord and call upon Him! Cry out to Him to remove the blinders from your eyes so that you may see what He sees and He will show you mercy.
I beg you with urgency on today, to seize the opportunity. Move quickly for if not, you may possibly miss the opportunity for salvation if death catches you unexpectedly.
There is a clarion call from heaven to earth on today.
Do you hear the voice of the Lord calling you to come and believe on Him? He is calling you to come so that He may pardon you, cleanse you and save your soul.
Now is the acceptable time for today is the day of "salvation."
Do not allow pride to keep you from seeking the Lord on today and calling upon Him. Psalm 10:4 In his pride the wicked man does not seek God; in all his thoughts there is no room for God.
Come to Jesus while you still have time. No man knows the day nor the hour when death will come knocking.
Our life is short and is described by the Apostle James describes as a vapor that appears for a little while and then it is gone.
We need God's help more now than ever.
In a world full of destruction, in a world where men do not believe, in a world where confusion, deceit, trickery of the enemy, unbelief, destruction, waxed cold hearts, lovers of self and pleasures rules the day, the need for God and His presence are greater now than ever. Therefore, the need for God's presence and intervention in our lives is URGENT!
Remember what Jesus said in John 10;10-The thief does not come, except to steal and kill and destroy. I came that they may have life, and that they may have it more abundantly.
To those who humbly seek the Lord, He promises you that when you seek Him with your whole heart, He will be found of you.
Seek the Lord while He may be found. It does not matter if it is early am, noon day or midnight. Nicodemus chose to see the Lord at night, but the beauty of it is that He seeked Jesus who is the truth and the life for the saving of His soul.
The opportunity for salvation is again calling out to you on today. Seek the Lord and seek Him now for He promises that if you do, He will pardon you and save you.
Psalm 105:4-Seek the LORD and his strength; seek his presence continually!
1 Chronicles 22:19a-Now devote your heart and soul to seeking the Lord your God
Remember, there is a time in which you must seek the Lord and that time is now, "while He may be found".
