In a place of testing right now? Waiting on the storm to pass? Here is some good news to look forward to after the testing of your faith that is found in 1 Peter 1:7-Your faith will be like gold that has been tested in a fire. And these trials will prove that your faith is worth much more than gold that can be destroyed. They will show that you will be given praise and honor and glory when Jesus Christ returns.
This Christian journey is not about "IF" we will have test and trials, but "WHEN". This is the real question.
Romans 5:4-And endurance develops strength of character, and character strengthens our confident hope of salvation.
Testing of our faith WILL happen! Not once, but throughout our life on this earth.
Testing of our faith does not means that God is not with us because HisWord declares that he will never leave us nor forsake us.
As painful as it can be at times, the testing of our faith is profitable for it worketh in us, the much needed patience we need to endure on this Christian journey.
