O Come O Come Ye Emmanuel is indeed a beautiful hymn of anticipation and expectation.
Today, we in America celebrate Advent starting with the first Sunday in December through the fourth Sunday in December.
As Israel celebrated Jesus birth 2k years ago, we Christians today celebrate and anticipate His 2nd coming.
O Come O Come Ye Emmanuel will be heard around America in Churches everywhere these next 4 Sundays in remembrance of the Virgin birth of our Savior Jesus Christ and in expectation of the 2nd coming of Christ and His promise to rapture His Christian Church and take us back to heaven to be with Him and the Father forever.
People of God, make your way to the Lord's house today. Make the sacrifice this Advent Season to attend all 4 Sundays this month with a heart and mind of expectation of what is to come for you through Christ 2nd return. The joy and glory that shall be revealed in us when He returns.
People of God, let us with expectation, sing, praise, worship and rejoice in fellowship with the people of God through songs and bible story telling of our coming King.
Let us sing with uplifting voices and hearts, Christmas Carols about Christ birth and remembrance of what He has done and what's to come for you and I.
O Come O Come Ye Emmanuel!
Lord, we wait with expectation, joy and excitement of our King, Jesus Christ!
Thank You Lord!
Your Servant Debra
