Lamentations 3:25 Are You Tired Of Waiting On God

lamentations-3-25.jpg

Lamentations 3:25 The Lord is good to those who wait for Him, to the soul who seeks Him.

WAIT="perimen√≥" in the greek and mean to wait for; I wait for.

Wait does not mean to do nothing.  It means being still in your mind and emotions and steady moving in the daily things task that God has assigned to your hands, while still yet trusting Him and not wavering in your faith because of time, what we see, don't see or think.

Be still and know that God is God!

Believe it or not but God is with you while you are waiting on Him, so while you wait continue to trust and serve Him by faith and with confidence in knowing that God is able to do just what He says on behalf of His people. His promises are true!

The command today is to "wait" on the Lord. Be patient yet while you wait, knowing that God's plan for you is bigger than your plan for you. Patience while we wait shows that we are trusting God and that we know God is working on our behalf.

The Prophet Jeremiah reminds us that the Lord our God is good to those who wait for Him. Those who seek after Him through prayer, His Word and obedience. In other words, God is faithful in what He promises.

Tired of waiting on God? We are reminded in this text that those who wait on the Lord will experience His goodness.

Isaiah 40:31  but those who wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles, they shall run and not be weary, and they shall walk and not faint.

People of God, are you willing to wait on what you not only need God to do in your life, but are you also willing to wait on what you know He alone can do for you?

It is good to "wait" on the Lord for His rewards are great in earth and in heaven!

God bless.
