Psalm 91:2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.”
There is deliverance and safety for those who trust in the Lord.
This psalm is a declaration of God's protection and deliverance for those who proclaim and declare God's faithfulness. Those who have placed their trust and faith in Him alone.
The person who chooses God for his or her protector shall find all that they will ever need or desire is in the promises of God's Word.
As we look about around the world today we see trouble and evil on every hand. There are so many pressures in today's world that without God's assurance of deliverance and protection, I don't know how I would survive mentally.
As the people of God we have access by faith into the secret place of the Most High God where we can run to and escape the cares of this world.
I have purposed in my heart that regardless of what life throws at me I will constantly remind myself that God is with me and for me no matter how rough the road may be that I have to travel or no matter how raging the stormy seas of my life may be because In the end, I win with God!
Today, I can truly say that I find strength in knowing that God is on my side, watching over and protecting me and my family.
God is indeed a refuge and a strong tower that provides unlimited access and security to His people.
As "Protector" of His people God is totally dedicated, committed and able to protect and to preserve those under His care.
Are you going through a rough time right now? God is a refuge and a mighty fortress. He is able and willing to help you.
God is my refuge and my fortress, my hiding place, my shelter in the time of life storms, therefore, in Him I find a shelter that provides me with rest and peace for my weary soul.
People of God, because you have the Lord God as your refuge and hiding place no evil shall befall you, nor shall any plague come near your dwelling for God shall give His angel charge over us, to keep us in all our ways.
In God is a safe place and I run to it in my times of trouble.
Today, if you do not know God as your "Protector", God invites you to come and live under His protective custody.
Thank You Lord for being a shelter in life's storms.
Your Servant Debra
