John 10:27 - My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me.

We live in a world that is incredibly loud. Every morning we wake up to a flood of notifications, headlines, opinions, and endless digital noise. If we are not careful, the loudest voices in our lives will end up directing our lives.

But Jesus offers a beautiful, grounding truth. "My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me" (Jn. 10:27, NIV).

Jesus does not say His sheep might hear Him, or that they have to guess what He sounds like. He states it as an absolute fact. If you belong to Him, you have the supernatural ability to recognize His voice above the static of this world.

In the mornings, a shepherd does not use a megaphone; he just calls out normally. The sheep didn't move for a stranger, but the moment their master spoke, they stepped out.

The Good Shepherd is not shouting to compete with the chaos of your life. He whispers in the quiet places—through His Word, through prayer, and through the gentle prompting of the Holy Spirit.

Don't let the noise of the world drown out the whisper of the Shepherd today. Quiet the distractions, listen for His truth, and take the next step where He leads.

May we tune out the noise of this world and tune into the whisper of our Savior. Let us listen closely, trust completely, and follow the Good Shepherd wherever He leads today.
