Hebrews 4:13 Nothing Is A Secret

Hebrews 4:13 - There is no creature that is not revealed in His sight, for all things are bare and exposed to the eyes of Him to whom we must give account.

Have we convinced ourselves that our innermost secrets are safe with us and no one knows about them? Think again! God knows ALL about us!

We are reminded in scripture that the eyes of the Lord roams throughout the earth. None of our thoughts, actions nor deeds are hidden from God for we stand naked before Him. Yes, he knows every fiber of our being.

Transparency of the heart is hard because self wants to be and often times convince itself that it is in control, but I am learning everyday how to be transparent and I am learning to repent and ask God forgiveness and help in the areas where I find myself not being transparent.

We can hide from man, but not from God for the Word of God declares that God knows ALL about us. He knows the number of hairs on our head, our thoughts before we even think them, when we lie down, when we get up, etc. Yes, the Lord God our creator knows all about us and we can’t hide nothing from Him so we are only deceiving ourselves if we believe otherwise.

Deception is real! We often deceive ourselves and we often attempt to deceive others but God sees the entire picture of who we are inside and out. He alone knows that every human being stands in need of salvation, and for that purpose Christ came to die for us.

Nothing is a secret where God is concerned.! We ALL WILL give an account for our own lives.

What will WE do with what God just said to us today in this text? How will we respond to God’s spoken Word to us?

We do have a choice! We can either expose our hearts to the word and let it change us or we can reject it and be judged by it in the end.

God’s Word is healing medicine. We can daily take a dose of it everyday and get well or we can reject it and remain sick.

Which will the word of God be for you on today? A teacher or a judge? You decide!

Remember, there is no secret where God is concerned.

Psalm 40:1 Are You Patient With Others

Psalm 40:1 - I waited patiently for the LORD; he inclined to me and heard my cry.

Patience! Do you have it? Do you want it? Do you act it out towards others?

If there is one thing we humans know about, that is being impatient. We all are guilty of it to some degree, if we could be honest for a moment.

Being patient will require us to not only consult God, but to patiently wait on Him for our answer, and be encouraged with expectations while we wait on Him.

As humans, we have a tendency to jump ahead of God,. What happens when we do this? We prolong our waiting period. Ask me, I am a witness to having experience this a lot in my life because of impatience, and trying to fix things myself, and not waiting on God. All I got was more frustration, and more time to be patient because God is not moved by our kicking and screaming, but by our faith that is exemplified in patiently waiting on Him. Lol!

Are you short patient right now? Are you tired of waiting on God? Are you tired of being patience with others?

If you answered yes to the above questions, I say this to you, “wait on the Lord” for He will renew your strength, and bring you through the fire without you smelling like smoke! Trust God on today! He knows exactly where we are. Be patient!

Psalm 146:1-2 I Will Sing And Praise The Lord My God

Psalm 146:1-2 Praise the Lord! Praise the Lord, my soul. 2 I will praise the Lord all my life; I will sing praise to my God as long as I live.

This text before us is a confession from the Psalmist who wrote it. The Psalmist realizes that life is short.

The declaration that the Psalmist is making here is his desire to lift up the Lord in priase and songs while he has breath in his body.

The Psalmist declaration is “I WILL” priase, and “I WILL” sing to the Lord my God, inspite of my circumstances. The Psalmist not only made declaration in his prayer that he will, but he does it right now. No time to wait, life is short, and He is giving God the glory while He has breath in his body.

Is it your desire to praise and lift up the name of Jesus your entire life? Is thiis your will people of God! If so, open your mouth wide right now and make your declration! “I WILL’ sing and praise the Lord my God, and move with action in doing it now. Tomorrow is not promised to any of us! Life is fleeting!

Revelations 10:15 Is Your Name In The Book

Revelations 10:15  Anyone whose name was not found written in the Book of Life was cast into the lake of fire.

God has a registry of all those who will spend eternity in heaven with Him. Those who have trusted Christ and followed Him as Lord are those whose names are written in this book will enter heaven according to the word of God.

Jesus, the “Lamb” of God, was born to suffer, bled and die for the sins of all of humanity.

The promise to those whose name is in the “Lamb” book of life is that they WILL inherit eternal life in heaven with God, the Father.

The Lamb who has been “slain from the foundation of the world” has a book in which the names of all those who have been redeemed by His sacrifice are in that book.

The names that are written in the book of life were written before the foundation of the world. How could this be? God is the Sovereign God of the universe. He is Omniscient.

The term "omniscient" derives from Latin roots meaning "all" (omnis) and "knowledge" (scientia), signifying complete knowledge. In reference to  God, this implies that He knows everything that exists or will exist, including the thoughts, actions, and intentions of individuals and the unfolding of all world events. 

Do you have an assurance right now that your name is written in the Lamb’s book of life? If not, it’s not too late as long as you have the breath of life in you.

Seek the Lord while He may be found! Call upon Him while He is near!

2 Corinthians 6:2 It's Time To Repent And Turn To Jesus

2 Corinthians 6:2 For He says:“In an acceptable time I have listened to you, and in the day of salvation I have helped you.” Look, now is the accepted time; look, now is the day of salvation.

There is a "Clarion Call" being made around the world today to every man, woman, boy and girl. Believe it or not, but death will catch many off guard.

The Bible talks about the shortness of life and the uncertainty of the future, highlighting the importance of making a decision promptly.

Today is the day of salvation! No more procrastination! When you hear God's voice, harden not your hearts anymore!

I remind you of two truths concerning this clarion call to salvaiton.

(1) “There is salvation in no one else! God has given no other name under heaven by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12, NIV).

(2) For he says, “In the time of my favor I heard you, and in the day of salvation I helped you. ”I tell you, now is the time of God’s favor,now is the day of salvation” (2 Cor. 6:2, NLT).

Earth is temporary! Are you making preprations to one day meet Jesus? Where do you plan on spending eternity? With God or without HIm? The choice is yours!

Guess what? Everyone of us will give an account of the life we lived either with God or apart from Him. The choice is ours!

I urge you on today to make Jesus your choice! Will you follow Him on today! I have no doubt He is calling you to a personal relationship with Him.

Come to Jesus while you have time! While we still have breath in our bodies!

Ponder here on today. My prayer is that your pondering leads you to a decision of making Christ your Savior on today.

"If you declare with your mouth, “Jesus is Lord,” and believe in your heart that God raised him from the dead, you will be saved" (Rom. 10:9, NIV).

I look forward to hearing your praise reports!

In Christ alone is where our hope is found!

Psalm 122:1-9 Glad To Enter The Lord's House

Psalm 122:1-9 I was glad when they said to me, “Let us go into the house of the Lord.” 2 Our feet shall stand within your gates, O Jerusalem.

3 Jerusalem is built as a city that is designed for a multitude, 4 where the tribes go up,  the tribes of the Lord, as a decree of Israel, to give thanks unto the name of the Lord. 5 There are set thrones of judgment,
 the thrones of the house of David.

6 Pray for the peace of Jerusalem: “May they prosper who love you!
7 Peace be within your walls and security within your towers!” 8 For my brothers and companions’ sake, I will now say, “Peace be within you.”
9 Because of the house of the Lord our God, I will seek your good.

Let us enter the lord's house with gladness on today for He is a good God and worthy to be praised.

Psalm 46:10A Call To Be Still

Psalm 46:10a-Be still and know that I am God.

Stillness of mind is what's being commanded on today.  A rest in the SPIRIT with confidence of who our God is and what He is able to do on our behalf.

Are you troubled in your mind? Is the ocean of your life rising? Is the storm in your life raging and the thunder seems to continue to roar without any relief in your life? 

People of God, "be still" for God declares that He, the Great "I Am" is God and besides Him there is no other.

Yes, the Lord our God give us an assurance on today that we can take courage in Him, regardless of what is going on in our lives.

The command to the people of God is to be "still". This does not mean stop and do nothing. But what it does mean is to be still in your spiritual position with Christ. Be still spiritually. Stay calm! Trust God and obey.

Be still! Let the focus of our minds be on things above.

Colossians 3:2-4 Set your affection on things above, not on things on earth. 3 For you are dead, and your life is hidden with Christ in God. 4 When Christ who is our life shall appear, then you also shall appear with Him in glory.

The mind is the battlefield that the enemy uses to do his best work against us. The mind is what God uses also to do His greatest work in and through us if we will let Him.

We all have a choice on today to either listen to God who knows all about us and what is best for us or listen to the voice of the enemy who is trying to not only destroy our minds, but also our souls and our future.

Today, there is a call from heaven to the people of God to "BE STILL" and know that "I AM", the Lord is God of the universe.

Our God is the Sovereign God of the universe. A Mighty Warrior who is GREAT in battle.

BE STILL! The Lord our God is a very present help in trouble.

HIM ABLE!

Romans 14:11 EVERY KNEE SHALL BOW

Romans 14:11 - For it is written: “As I live, says the Lord, every knee shall bow to Me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

KNEE=gonu in the greek and means  the knee, to bend the knees, kneel down, of persons supplicating.

BOW=sugkuptó in the greek and means to bend forwards, bow down.

The Word of God prophecy today that EVERY KNEE SHALL bow and every tongue WILL acknowledge Jesus Christ as Lord.

In a world where evil and evil doers are prevalent, the Word of God STILL rings true. The day of reckoning WILL come! Yes, the day is coming when the calculations of our life will be added up.

Like a bill or account settlement,  the life we ALL lived will be rewarded according to how we live it, be it good or evil on the day of our one on one encounter as we kneel down and bow before Christ.

Revelation 15:4 Who shall not fear You, O Lord, and glorify Your name? For You alone are holy. All nations shall come and worship before You, for Your judgments have been revealed.

We are reminded in Philippians 2:9-11 Therefore God highly exalted Him and gave Him the name which is above every name, 10 that at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of those in heaven and on earth and under the earth, 11 and every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.

Acts 4:12 Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.

Daily we make choices and the reality is "EVERY KNEE' will bow.

What our day before Christ shall reveal is up to us. 

VICTORY BELONGS TO JESUS!

Isaiah 53:5 Jesus Took Our Place

Isaiah 53:5 But he was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities;the chastisement of our peace was upon him, and by his stripes we are healed.

WOUNDED=plégé in the greek and mean a blow, wound, stripe; an affliction, plague.

TRANSGRESSION=paraptóma in the greek and mean a false step, a trespass. A falling away, lapse, slip, false step, sin.

We are reminded in this text of Christ purpose for coming. He came to suffer and die for humanity and not for any sins of His own, but for you and I who willfully sinned against God and transgressed against His law.

Yes, God in His love and mercy for humanity sent His Son Jesus to earth to take our place on the cross at Calvary by shedding His blood as full payment for our sins.

Romans 5:18 Therefore just as through the trespass of one man came condemnation for all men, so through the righteous act of One came justification of life for all men.

Jesus was whipped, spat on, beaten and pierced with a thorny crown on His head, pierced with nails in his hands and feet and hung on a wooden Cross as a vile criminal.

Jesus took our place! He did it just for us!

Jesus death at the cross is "LOVE" that can not be described or fully comprehended, but, it is a "LOVE"  that MUST be embraced by ALL of humanity.

Our sins for His RIGHTEOUSNESS! Oh what an exchange!

Jesus alone has the power to heal you and I and make us whole again!

People of God open wide your mouth and proclaim these words in worship to the Lord your God: JUST FOR ME, JUST FOR ME.

Keep saying it out loud and I know without a doubt that God through His Holy Spirit will show up immediately and visit you.

Just for me! Jesus came and did it just for me!

Psalm 32:8 Keep Me In Your Will Lord

Psalm 32:8 I will instruct you and teach you in the way you should go; I will counsel you with my eye on you.

Is God's will for your life, your will for your life? If not, it should be!

Believe it or not, as much as we think that we know what we need and what is best for us, WE DO NOT KNOW! If we did, Jesus would not have had to come to earth and die for us.

God alone is God and He does not need help from man. He uses man for His glory but He does not need man. We need Him!

There is a powerful song that is sung by Jessica King called "Keep me in your will".

We do not know what is best for us, only God knows that!

Let's listen to the lyrics  of this song that should speak to the heart of ALL of us concerning the will of God for our lives.

This song drives home the point of "self will" vs the "will of God" for ALL of our lives. This lyrics to this song describes ALL of us.

Sometimes I think I'm in control And I act so foolishly Facing problems on my own I don't know what's best for me My mistakes at times disturb All the plans You have made Lord keep me in Your will So I won't be in Your way

Put me where You want to and NOT where I want to be.  If I should ask for things I want give me what I need.

When I complain from time to time Forgive me, Lord I pray.

Keep me in Your will so I won't be in Your way. Remind me Lord, I'm just a glove In which You place Your hands.  Not my will but Yours be done.

The best laid plans I've made somehow always go astray. Lord keep me in Your will So I won't be in Your way.

I need you dear Lord each and every single day to keep me in Your will So I won't be in Your way.  

Keep me in your will Lord so I won't be in the way of your "work" that you have begun in me and promises to complete until you return.

People of God is the will of God for you life is where you want to be? If you answered yes, ask Him to "keep you in His will so you too won't be in His way."

If we stay in the will of God for our lives He promises to not only instruct us and teach us in the way we you should go, but, to keep His eyes upon us also.  

Lord, keep me in Your will so I won't be in your way!

God is the greatest teacher and guide instructor. There is none like Him nor will there ever be one like Him. He is the Sovereign God of the universe!

Thank you Lord for keeping me in your will.
