Psalm 27: 1-5 The Lord God Is Your Savior And Protector

Psalms_27-1.jpg

Psalm 27:1-5 The Lord is my light and my salvation; whom will I fear? The Lord is the strength of my life; of whom will I be afraid?

2 When the wicked came against me to eat my flesh—my enemies and my foes—they stumbled and fell. 3 Though an army should encamp against me, my heart will not fear; though war should rise against me, in this will I be confident.

4 One thing I have asked from the Lord, that will I seek after-for me to dwell in the house of the Lord all the days of my life, to see the beauty of the Lord and to inquire in His temple.

5 For in the time of trouble He will hide me in His pavilion; in the shelter of His tabernacle He will hide me; He will set me up on a rock.

People of God, fear not for the Lord our God is our Savior and our Protector.

God bless.

Psalm 91: 1-16 In The Presence of the Lord God Is That Secret Place

wings.jpg

Psalm 91:1-16 He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.”

3 Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the hunter and from the deadly pestilence.4 He shall cover you with His feathers, and under His wings you shall find protection; His faithfulness shall be your shield and wall. 5 You shall not be afraid of the terror by night, nor of the arrow that flies by day; 6 nor of the pestilence that pursues in darkness, nor of the destruction that strikes at noonday.

7 A thousand may fall at your side and ten thousand at your right hand, but it shall not come near you. 8 Only with your eyes shall you behold and see the reward of the wicked.

9 Because you have made the Lord, who is my refuge, even the Most High, your dwelling, 10 there shall be no evil befall you, neither shall any plague come near your tent; 11 for He shall give His angels charge over you to guard you in all your ways.

12 They shall bear you up in their hands, lest you strike your foot against a stone. 13 You shall tread upon the lion and adder;  the young lion and the serpent you shall trample underfoot.

14 Because He has set his love upon Me, therefore I will deliver him; I will set him on high, because he has known My name. 15 He shall call upon Me, and I will answer him; I will be with him in trouble, and I will deliver him and honor him.  16 With long life I will satisfy him and show him My salvation.

People of God, the Lord your God is your hiding place. He is your shelter in the time of storm, a very present help in the time of trouble.

It is in the Lord's presence where love, redemption, safety, peace and everlasting hope is found.

Seek Him on today!

God bless.

Isaiah 7:14 Prophecy Of The Virgin Conception

immanue;.jpg

Isaiah 7:14 - Therefore the Lord Himself shall give you a sign: The virgin shall conceive, and bear a son, and shall call his name Immanuel.

Isaiah=  יְשַׁעְיָה is the original Hebrew name which is translated Ysha'yah.

Isaiah = Ἠσαΐας, ου, ὁ is the original Greek name which is translated Esaias.

Isaiah was a Hebrew prophet who was believed to have lived about 700 years before the birth of Jesus Christ. Born in Jerusalem, Israel, he was said to have found his calling as a prophet when he saw a vision in the year of King Uzziah's death. Isaiah prophesy the coming of the Messiah Jesus Christ.

Immanuel = Ἐμμανουήλ, ὁ is the original Greek word. In the Greek it is pronounced Emmanouél and means "God with us," Immanuel, a name of Christ.

Immanuel =   עִמָּ֫נוּאֵ֫ל is the original Hebrew word. In the Hebrew it is pronounced Immanuel and means "with us is God," the name of a child.

Under the power and inspiration of the Holy Spirit, God, through the Prophet Isaiah prophesy the conception and virgin birth of JESUS hundreds of years before it happened.

Through the Prophet Isaiah, God made a "PROMISE" that HAS come to fruition!

LOOK AT GOD!

Psalm 1:1-6 Walk Not In The Counsel Of The Ungodly

wisdom.jpg

Psalm 1: 1-6 Blessed is the man who walks not in the counsel of the ungodly, nor stands in the path of sinners, nor sits in the seat of scoffers; 2 but his delight is in the law of the Lord, and in His law he meditates day and night. 3 He will be like a tree planted by the rivers of water, that brings forth its fruit in its season; its leaf will not wither, and whatever he does will prosper.

4 The ungodly are not so, but are like the chaff which the wind drives away. 5 Therefore the ungodly will not stand in the judgment, nor sinners in the congregation of the righteous.

6 For the Lord knows the way of the righteous, but the way of the ungodly will perish.

It is with urgency in these evil days in which we live that you seek Godly counsel and not the world's advise or opinions. Seek not counsel from the ungodly.

People everywhere are giving advise about this and about that. You better make sure that you are lining up all advise you receive side by side with the word of God to make sure it lines up with what the Word of God says for it not, you are wasting your time spinning your wheels.

Today is the day to live as wise and not as a fool. Ephesians 5:15-Be very careful, then, how you live—not as unwise but as wise.

Proverbs 4:7-Wisdom is the principal thing; therefore get wisdom; and with all thy getting get understanding.

God and HIs Word is one. Therefore, "Truth" is found in the Word of God alone.

God bless.

Psalm 139:1-18 God Know Everything About You And I

gods mind.jpg

O Lord, You have searched me and known me. 2 You know when I sit down and when I get up; You understand my thought from far off.
3 You search my path and my lying down and are aware of all my ways. 4 For there is not a word on my tongue, but behold, O Lord, You know it fully.

5 You put Yourself behind and before me, and keep Your hand on me.
6 Such knowledge is too wonderful for me; it is lofty, and I cannot fathom it.

7 Where shall I go from Your spirit, or where shall I flee from Your presence? 8 If I ascend to heaven, You are there; if I make my bed in Sheol, You are there. 9 If I take the wings of the morning and dwell at the end of the sea, 10 even there Your hand shall guide me, and Your right hand shall take hold of me. 11 If I say, “Surely the darkness shall cover me, and the light shall be as night about me,” 12 even the darkness is not dark to You, but the night shines as the day, for the darkness is like light to You.

13 You brought my inner parts into being; You wove me in my mother’s womb. 14 I will praise you, for You made me with fear and wonder;
marvelous are Your works, and You know me completely. 15 My frame was not hidden from You when I was made in secret, and intricately put together in the lowest parts of the earth.

16 Your eyes saw me unformed, yet in Your book all my days were written, before any of them came into being.

Concerned or worried about rather or not God knows where you are and what is going on in your life?

Fear not and worry no more for scripture declares and proves to ALL of us on today  that the Lord our God is aware of our every breath we take, our every move, our every thought and everything else that concerns us for it is He who made us and knit us in our mother's womb.

People of God, we can find rest on today in knowing that the Lord our God knows every fiber of our being and nothings happens to us, comes against us or even those pain things we experience are not in the knowledge of God.

His purpose for allowing them? I do not know, but I do know that God has a reason for everything He allows and that He alone is in full control of the universe, including humanity.

Nothing about Humanity is hidden from the eyes of God.

The call today is that in the midst of whatever our life experience may be on today, God is fully aware of it and He alone is able to turn it around.

People of God, trust God on today for He alone knows all about us and what we go through.

Yes, God knows everything about you and I. He has us on His mind 24/7.

God bless.

Psalm 89:5-9 There Is None Like Our God

maxresdefault.jpg

Psalm 89:5-9 Let the heavens praise Your wonders, O Lord; Your faithfulness also in the assembly of the holy ones. 6 For who in the skies can be compared to the Lord? Who among the heavenly sons is like the Lord? 7 God is greatly to be feared in the assembly of the holy ones and awesome to all those who surround Him. 8 O Lord God of Hosts, who is a mighty Lord like You, with Your faithfulness all around You? 9 You rule the raging of the sea; when the waves arise, You still them.

There is none like you Lord. Who in heaven or earth that can be compared to you Lord? Who can be compared to your greatness, power and your faithfulness?  NONE! Great is the Lord and greatly to be praised.

The ocean and stormy sea even in it's fury, must obey you. Your control over them Lord reveals your Sovereign power and might.

Lord, you are incomparable.  There is NONE like You. We can search through all eternity and find there is none like you Lord.

Heaven and earth are one in reverencing who you are Lord.

People of God, when we consider the greatness and power of our Covenant God, it should bring us to a place of awe, humble submission, praise, gory and honor unto Him for who He is.

Lord, there is none like you!

We love you Lord, we honor, praise and worship your name forever.

Thank you Lord for there is NONE like you.

Proverbs 15:1 Helpful Or Hurtful Words

words.jpg

Proverbs 15:1 - A soft answer turns away wrath, but grievous words stir up anger.

Words have power! How are you using yours? Is it to build up or tear down?

I am sure that if we are ALL could be honest for a minute, we ALL can admit that we too are guilty of possibly saying the wrong word when angered or when things are just not going quite as well as we expect them.

We ALL are reminded in this text that circumstances and situations are not excuses that we can continue to use to spew out harsh, hurtful and painful words to others when life is not going our way.

We MUST remember that our words have power, be it kind or harsh. Kind words turns away wrath and harsh, grievous words stirs up anger.

Proverbs 18:21 -The tongue can bring death or life; those who love to talk will reap the consequences.

People of God, fill you mouth with life and not death for you will reap what you sow.

The Apostle James says the tongue is unruly and no man can tame it, but we can pray and ask God to help us in bring our thoughts and words under subjection to the authority of His written Word and the leading of His Holy Spirit when we are tempted to speak words that tear down instead of build up.

Helpful or hurtful words? Building up or tearing down? What are our spoken words doing to others?

Revengeful and harsh words may seem appropriate and satisfying at the moment of our jealousy, anger or rage, but, the lasting effects from them can damage the mind, soul and spirit of someone, possibly forever.

We are reminded in the text above that the wise man or woman uses knowledge rightly by evidence of the words they say. The spoken words out of their mouth shows forth their wisdom.

Wisdom takes into consideration, what she speaks, when to speak, whom to speak and in what manner should we speak and if we should speak at all.

The mouth of fools does not care what it says, to whom they say it to, how they say it or who is offended by what was spoken by them.

Speaking as one of wisdom or as one who is a fool? Which describes you on today.

Remember, it is out of the abundance of the heart that the mouth speaks. Check our heart against the Word of God and it will help us determine if what we are speaking is helpful, hurtful, building up or tearing down.

Helpful or hurtful words? Ponder this question today and seek God through the words of wisdom found in the book of Proverbs in God's Holy Bible and I promise you, that wisdom will jump from every page into your heart.

Helpful or hurtful words? Which are you speaking?

Word of God, speak to your people!

God bless

Ecclesiastes 7:9 Anger Is Identified With Fools

anger.jpg

Ecclesiastes 7:9 Do not be quick in your spirit to be angry, for irritation settles in the bosom of fools.

We are reminded in this text that anger lies in the bosom of fools. Therefore, we MUST not be so quick in our hearts to get angry.

Anger is a serious problem, not only in the world, in our homes, or in our families, but anger is also evident among the body of believers.

We all must personally purpose in our hearts to make a conscience decision that we will not bare the burden of carrying around anger and spewing out it's poison on others.

When the opportunity to be angry pops up it's ugly head, deal with it in a biblical manner immediately so that satan does not take advantage of the opportunity and cause you to later regret what anger either caused you to say or do.

It is not wrong to be angry. You may have a right for being angry, but, do not let sin get a foothold in your anger.

All of us have to trust God to help us in all areas of our lives, even in our emotions.

Proverbs 19:20-Listen to advice and accept discipline, and at the end you will be counted among the wise.

Proverbs 14:17 Stay away from a fool, for you will not find knowledge on their lips.

Proverbs 14:29 He who is slow to anger has great understanding [and profits from his self-control, but he who is quick-tempered exposes and exalts his foolishness for all to see.

James 1:19-20 My dear brothers and sisters, take note of this: Everyone should be quick to listen, slow to speak and slow to become angry, 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires.

The wise man listens to godly advice, accepts instruction, continually and proactively seeks out wise counsel.

Remember before you speak that anger is identified with fools and the words spoken in anger can not be taken back.

God bless.
