Psalm 91:1-2-MEV- He who dwells in the shelter of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. 2 I will say of the Lord, “He is my refuge and my fortress, my God in whom I trust.”

Are you in need of a secret place right now? Do you need shelter from the stormy seas of life? God’s presence is an everlasting hiding place. Yes, it is in God’s presence alone where true safety is found.

This "secret place" that the psalmist invites us to is a spiritual dwelling of intimacy and trust, where human weakness meets divine grace. It is a place of protection found in a committed relationship with God.

God as our secret place is an assurance on tonight that our security rests on His unchanging nature, not on any works we perform.

This secret place under the shadow of God’s wings is where we find peace and sustaining power through life's challenges now and in the future.

When we make God’s presence our secret place to dwell daily, we will find confidence, hope, peace and joy, even in a world that calls us for more of it and less of God.

People of God, "I will say of the Lord, 'He is my refuge and my fortress; my God, in Him I will trust” (Ps. 91:2, MEV).

As a mother covers her child, the Lord our God wants to cover you! Will you run to Him? “God is our refuge and strength; a present help in time of trouble” (ps. 46:1, NIV).
