Proverbs 18:24 A man that hath friends must shew himself friendly: and there is a friend that sticketh closer than a brother.

I received the most beautiful Facebook message today from a former coworker, Mary, and it completely made my day. We met back in 2007 when I trained her for the same role I was working. Reading her words made my heart so full and my eyes tear up in the best way possible.

Remember people of God, we enterain angels unaware.

Here is Mary’s Note to me today via facebook: It was short, sweet and from the depth of her heart. “What a Blessing you have been in my Life Debra Aiken! You led me to a deeper relationship with Jesus Christ n 2007 when I met you on the 7th floor in July the 7th month. I will always remember you praying with me thru all the challenging times with my son. YOU have taught me so much about Prayer, always Referring to The Bible when answering my many questions. I LOVE YOU like family and Thank God for you in my Life.”

Scripture reminds us to show ourselves friendly because we entertain angels unaware.

Let today be the day that you take the initiative in building relationships by being warm and approachable.

From that encounter in July 2007, true friendship has been found and is still alive today! BUT GOD!
