John 14:27 Counterfiet Peace Vs. True Peace

James 14:27 Peace I leave with you; my peace I give you. I do not give to you as the world gives. Do not let your hearts be troubled and do not be afraid.

Jesus sends us a powerful reminder in this text.  In speaking to His terrified disciples, He is also speaking to someone who just visited here.

The World's Peace: Fragile, temporary, and dependent on good circumstances. Jesus' Peace: Supernatural, constant, and independent of external comfort.

The Difference: It is not the absence of conflict, but the presence of God.

The Call: Shift our focus from worldly chaos to the stable promises of Christ.

Lord, anchor our souls in Your peace. We choose Your presence over our fears today.

Amen.

2 Corinthians 9:15 Jesus Is The Indescribable Gift

2 Corinthians 9:15: "Thanks be to God for His indescribable gift."

Have you ever received a gift that completely took your breath away? A gift so spectacular, so unexpected, or so deeply meaningful that when you opened it, you couldn’t even find the words to say thank you?

The Apostle Paul finds himself in that exact position. When Paul calls Jesus the "Indescribable Gift," he is declaring that human language is not adequate to fully capture the magnitude of who Jesus is.

Think about the nature of this gift: It is free, yet it cost God everything. It is the gift that keeps on giving, and it will never fade, break, or lose its value.

To truly appreciate this gift, however, you must first realize your need for it. Without it, we are all hopeless, lost, and sitting in spiritual darkness, awaiting destruction.

We see this reality clearly when we look at the world today. It is filled with chaos, confusion, heartbreak, and uncertainty because everything in this life is temporary. Our money, our status, our health, and our very lives are passing away.

Because life is short in comparison to eternity, God is sending forth a clarion call to the world today. Time is winding up, and it is time to come to Jesus!

Have you accepted Jesus, or have you rejected Him? Where do you stand right now in your relationship with Jesus the Christ? This is the most important question we will ever have to answer.

If you have accepted Jesus as Lord and Savior in your life, comment with a “Amen” below.

Thank you for enjoying the ride with Jesus here on tonight.

God bless!

John 16:33 God Is Our Unshakeable Anchor

John 16:33 - "I have said this to you, that in me you may have peace. In the world you have tribulation; but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world."

Life is full of uncertainties. The reality is that we will face hard times. Jesus warns us of this painful truth in our text. The good news in the midst of this profound truth is Jesus’ declaration to us: "I have overcome the world."

Are you in an unexpected storm right now? The storm you are facing may be real, but your “Anchor” is unshakeable.

God is calling us to stop trying to survive the waves, and ask Him to help us rest in the One who already overcame the world.

Once we have walked through a dark season of despair and witnessed Jesus lead us out of it, our lives change. Guess what? Our own rescue creates a deep desire within us to help others get through their own difficult times.

We serve a God who anchors us in the storm, fills us with peace, and then uses our past pain to bring hope to a hurting world that is currently in peril. Trust Him today people of God!

Lord, we need Your help! This world is indeed in peril, but our hope and trust are in You alone!

God bless you all, and thank you for enjoying the ride with Jesus here on this Sunday!

Jeremiah 6:16 Choose The Old Path

The Holy Spirit had me to post this before lying down for the night! It’s late, but I felt compel to obey Hs voice. Not sure who this for, but Iam being obedient to the Holy Spirit. You know who you are!

Jeremiah 6:16 says, “Stand by the roads and look; ask for the ancient paths, where the good way is; then walk in it, and you will find rest for your souls.” But the people rebelliously replied, “We will not walk in it!”

Do you hear God speaking to you tonight? I have no doubt that He is!

Are we here yet in our world today? Absoutely! Without a doubt! “Woe unto them that call evil good, and good evil; that put darkness for light, and light for darkness; that put bitter for sweet, and sweet for bitter” (Is. 5:20, KKJV).

This text calls the “old path” the good way of faith and obedience. God promises peace and rest for anyone who chooses to walk on it. Yet, when the Prophet Jeremiah presented the people of his day with this option, they chose to reject it.

What is your response? Ponder this question!

God bless!

2 Timothy 3:12 Anchored In The Shipwreck Of Our Minds

2 Timothy 3:12- Yes, and all who desire to live a godly life in Christ Jesus will suffer persecution.

When hardship hits, our first thought is often, "Where did I go wrong?" We ask ourselves if God is punishing us. We wonder if we missed His map. But our text today reminds us that suffering is not a detour off the road to God’s will. It is the main highway.

Paul does not say some may struggle. He says everyone who wants to walk closely with Jesus will face resistance. Too often we see suffering and persecution as a personal attack from the outside world.

But guess what? Suffering brings a divine companion. His name is Jesus! No, God does not leave us when the road gets rough. He is not on the sidelines. He is riding with us right through the storm.

Our pain is part of the process of being shaped like Jesus. God is calling us to view testing not as abandonment, but as an invitation. This difficult road is your opportunity to encounter God’s guidance in your life in a brand-new light.

What is your pain today? Do you believe that God can bring you through it? The Apostle Paul suffered greatly for the Gospel of Jesus Christ, yet God used his chains and trials to write these words to encourage you and me today.

If God could sustain Paul through a physical shipwreck, He can surely carry you and me through the shipwreck of our minds right now.

People of God, be encouraged today! We are not walking this road alone. God is with us! Yes, Emmanuel (God with us) is with us!

Romans 8:38-39 You Can Start Again

Romans 8:38-39 For I am persuaded that neither death nor life, neither angels nor principalities nor powers, neither things present nor things to come, 39 neither height nor depth, nor any other created thing, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

To the person that is visiting here on tonight, I want to let you know that t does not matter what you have done or where you have been, you can start all over again! Yes, you! Right now! Do you hear God calling you back to Him? Guess what? He is calling you!

In this text, the apostle Paul writes that nothing in all creation—including death, life, angels, demons, the present, the future, powers, height, depth, or any other thing—can separate a believer from the love of God in Christ Jesus.

God forgave you the moment you repent! Nothing can separate you from God's love for you! God wants to heal you! He will take the pain away!

Do you hear God speaking to you right now? It's time to come back to Jesus!

Not sure of who you are, but whomever you are I just prayed that you would come back to Jesus.

Weepiing may endure for a night, but joy comes in the morning.

Yes, you can start over again!

God bless!

Matthew 6:34 Living One Day At A Time

Matthew 6:34: “Therefore do not worry about tomorrow, for tomorrow will worry about itself. Each day has enough trouble of its own.”

Jesus gave this message during the Sermon on the Mount to people who feared for their basic survival, like food, water, and shelter.

Biblically, worry is defined as a state of anxious unease about the future that stems from a lack of complete trust in God’s goodness, power, and provision. Rooted in the Greek word merimnao (meaning to be pulled apart or divided in one's mind), Scripture frames worry as a distraction that misdirects faith away from God.

The weight of worry: Worry makes you carry tomorrow's load using only today's strength. You try to live two days at once.

Control vs. trust: Worry happens when we try to manage the unknown that we cannot see or control. Faith means trusting that God sees everything.

God's provision: Jesus points to the birds and the lilies. If God takes care of basic nature, He will take care of His children.

A Prayer For Today
Lord, you give us 24 hours in a day. Help us not to open tomorrow's box until tomorrow arrives. Instead, help us to pray and trust You more each day, knowing that You are in full control of all of life’s affairs, including each of our individual lives. Amen.

God bless!

Isaiah 55:11 God Will Fulfill What He Promised You

Isaiah 55:11 says, "So shall My word be that goes forth from My mouth; it shall not return to Me void, but it shall accomplish that which I please, and it shall prosper in the thing for which I sent it."

God's word has power. It never fails. It always does what God wants it to do. Every word has purpose and power to accomplish what God desires for your life and mine.

Plant God’s word in your heart. Let it grow and change your life from the inside out. Nothing—neither delay nor denial—can ever stop what God has planned for your life. What He said He would do what He promise! Yes, God will fulfill His promise in our lives in His perfect time.

Let this powerful truth anchor your heart and soul in deep peace and renew your strength today.

God bless!

Acts 4:12 All Roads Don't Lead To Heaven

Acts 4:12 - Salvation is found in no one else, for there is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved.

We live in a world that loves choices. Because of this, it is easy to think eternity works the same way. Society tells us that all roads lead to heaven, but the Word of God cuts through that noise with a direct truth: Jesus is it! “There is no other name under heaven given to mankind by which we must be saved” (Acts 4:12, NIV).

Guess what? There is no backup plan, nor an alternative route. Only one Person conquered the grave for you and me. Only one Person paid for our sins. His name is Jesus.

We cannot afford to play games with our eternal destination. Procrastination is a dangerous gamble with your soul. God’s Word is clear: Today is the day of salvation!

Are you ready to stop running and come home to Jesus?

You don't have to clean your life up first. Come to Him exactly as you are today. “If you confess with your mouth the Lord Jesus and believe in your heart that God has raised Him from the dead, you will be saved” (Rom.10:9, KJV).

Don’t wait for a tomorrow that isn’t promise!

God bless!

Hebrews 10:23 Keep The Faith

Good evening, God’s people!

Our scripture tonight comes from Hebrews 10:23, which tells us: "Let us hold fast the profession of our faith without wavering; (for He is faithful that promised;)"

Today we are reminded that our faith will be tested. God's Word calls us to “hold on” tight to our faith in all circumstances.

The original audience of this text faced severe persecution, exhaustion, and the temptation to quit. They were tired because they did not see immediate results when they expected them. In their weariness, the author gave them a sharp reminder: Keep the faith!

Keeping our faith requires active, daily effort. If we relax our grip, the contrary winds and currents of this world will drift us out to sea.

Faith in God must be intentional. Yes, we must choose to intentionally hold onto God’s truth every day of our lives, all day long. The adversary does not take any breaks, therefore, we should not also.

People of God, stay connected to God and other believers for support. Iron sharpens iron.

God bless you all!
